| Rental Rates: |
For Members: Rental cost for parties, weddings etc. is $400 plus tax and cleaning.
For Non-members: the cost is $550 including tax and cleaning.
- The renter is responsible to pay for the cleaning of the premises after the event and the washing of table linens if they are used.
- Rental cost for celebrations open to the DCC community by DCC members is $100. Cleaning included. Laundry possibly extra.
The definition of which is a party and which is a celebration will be determined by the house chairman
with the assistance of the board of directors (if necessary). |
| Liquor Permit: |
- A person hosting a party, wedding etc. in a public place must obtain a liquor permit from the RACJ.
- The cost of the permit for serving alcohol is $35.
- The cost for the permit to sell alcohol is $75.
- The alcohol served; including beer & wine must be purchased in Quebec but does not have to be specially designated for sale (ie. bar alcohol & beer).
- It may be purchased at the SAQ and/or Depanneurs.
- The House Chairman will assist you in obtaining a permit. It is relatively simple and the RACJ www.racj.gouv.qc.ca is very helpful.

| Payment for rentals must be made by three cheques which are due with the completed contract. |
| Cheque 1. $200.00(members), $275.00(non-members) dated the day of delivery of the contract.
(is non refundable)
Cheque 2. $200.00(members), $275.00(non-members) dated 30 days before the event.
(is refundable only if rental is cancelled more than 30 days before the event)
Cheque 3. $200.00 (members & non-members) dated the day of the event is the refundable damage deposit.
